Therapist

Therapist

The light flashed.
Shi-Hyuk did not know what happened and his face frowned.
He was sleeping soundly and then someone might have turned on the light. Although he is busy taking over the intern duties at dawn, 5 AM, when his eyes are barely attached.
He opened his eyes.
While one eye grain shoots and sticks, the strange thing was that he saw it.
"Oh?"
Shi-Hyuk raised a groggy face to his surroundings.
Yesterday, it was not the quarters for sleeping interns, but the outdoors .
Immediately, the first thing to come into view of his eyes was a pale black sky. A white light lattice pattern streaks across the sky and a strange golden yellow form of letters drifts inside.
Furthermore, the sky was slightly strange. It was not like the Earth where it was endlessly open. It was an enormous dome in which the inside was in a slightly bent state.
The strange thing was not only the sky.
The situation of everything around Shi-Hyuk defied common sense.
First of all, the buildings.
They were a really unusual shape. It was like a scene from inside a movie with the background being Medieval Europe. Stones were piled up like peaked towers and the walls were placed in a spiky manner. He could see shabby buildings made of wood here and there.  While he was thinking this, immediately behind Shi-Hyuk's back stood a colossal giant statue.
He heard a loud noise from all directions. Wanting to see what was going on, he observed monsters fiercely battling people.
Wearing armor made of steel, the people were armed with swords and shields.
In the towers nearby, they were shooting bows. The arrows flew and split the air over the ramparts. Whenever an arrow pierced a body, the monster would let out a horrible scream.
Shi-Hyuk seemed nailed to the ground as he stood there and watched the spectacle.
'Am I dreaming right now?' There are people equipped with arms. They will get hurt like this.   At this moment, this genius wondered if there are people practicing pre-modern weapons every once in a while.
However, what is the substance of those monsters?
A small devil became engulfed in flames.
The height did not even reach 1 meter, at best. It had red skin, a bony body, and vicious canines.   It's face was hideous and a trident was held in one of it's skinny arms.  It had an attached tail protrusion of an inverted triangle shape, but occasionally a line of fire spouted from the end of the tail.
The armed people little by little pushed the devils back. On the ramparts, they were barely holding out by relying on the walls.
There was no trick that was more realistic.
It seemed like he was dreaming or even watching a movie seemed just as likely.
Who ever it was that saw Shi-Hyuk stand blankly like this hit Shi-Hyuk hard in the back.
“Hey! If you are summoned, shouldn't you quickly participate in the war?  What are you doing? I do not believe you can let 112 of them down! If you become a therapist then you're supposed to be taking care of this!”
“Always!”
He was hit so strongly that tears came out in pain.
Shi-Hyuk turned back to look at who beat him. He was going to have a word when what he saw that moment caused his energy to die.
It was a man, more than 2 meters tall, whose whole body was tough and muscular. His whole body was wrapped in a thick armor in all places and his two eyes were as big and bright like a tigers. Shi-Hyuk's height was 170 cm and when leering at him, it was difficult to see his head in comparison.
In addition, something was emitting a weird aura of strength. That strength incited Shi-Hyuk's body. Curiously, inside his heart from some unknown basis, his confidence surged.
In his heart lay suspicion and the man suddenly scratched an impression into it.
"Shit, I explained this to you. Are you new?"
"That is something....."
"Damn!" "Today is the vanguard. Why is it like this?"   "Follow me!" "I will teach you what to do!"  The man firmly grabbed Shi-Hyuk and dragged him away with one side trailing into the ground.
I did not know how strong his strength was.  Like a kitten being carried by its mother by the neck, Shi-Hyuk was not able to put forth any resistance.
The place that the man took Shi-Hyuk to was a tent far away from the Castle Wall.
“uhhhhhhhhhh..."
 "It hurts so bad!"
 "Kill me instead!"
The tents were all fallen down, and inside it, several wounded people were laying on the ground moaning.
It was gruesome.
The reason there were arms and legs that had fallen out was because of the medicine. He saw one who had his entire lower extremities missing. Some bodies were burnt entirely black by fire.
The reason they were bitterly laughing was because their skin was completely destroyed and they did not feel the pain. It gave off a rather bizarre atmosphere.
Shi-Hyuk gulped and swallowed spit when he saw this.
The stench of blood shocked him. It even gave off the smell of burning meat. Automatically, nausea rose up and a puking like feeling started.
The man threw Shi-Hyuk out. While he was doing this, he forcefully shouted out.
“Treat them, quickly!"
What?
Shi-Hyuk stared at the man in doubt.
The man's oppressive words struck him in the chest.
“I am saying that you don't have time!" "If you are a therapist, you will learn how to provide treatment in my world? Lay that out for the wounded people! Then you can recover any injury and they can be put back into battle!"
This was absurd.
Inside of the tent, just by looking at the wounded, their lives were hanging by a thread.
If this were like Earth, these people would immediately enter emergency surgery.
Telling him to save these kind of people?
It is impossible.
Shi-Hyuk shifts his head a moment and then the man shouted.
“In my world it is common sense.  Don't judge this world! You only need to perform the surgical treatment that I learned! So whenever the work is done then naturally you can return!"
Shi-Hyuk looked at the man with eyes filled with mistrust.
Thinking rationally, don't those people seem like they would just die?
Although the man is making over-excessively strong claims, he first approached the wounded people. He looked carefully up close and then a sigh emerged automatically.
"Phewww, I have no needles. Even though I have nothing, what are you intending for me to do.... eh?" At that moment, Shi-Hyuk felt a texture in his left hand.
He felt a few metallic objects.
By reflex, he looked down at his left hand. An unbelievable thing had happened.
A few long thin metal objects were being gripped in his left hand.
Definitely, just a moment ago, there was nothing there. However, at some point this occurred and presence of the objects easily spread to myself.
To Shi-Hyuk, this was an extremely familiar shape.
A needle.
Among those was also a good needle. A skinny needle body like a piece of hair and just like how Shi-Hyuk remembered, a good small thick needle container that his hand held.
Where could this have appeared from?
There was no time to solve the question. The man, in a hurried manner, performed acupuncture on an extremely close patient.
On one side, the arm of the man was cut off from the elbow and blood profusely flowed.
Roughly speaking, the place where he was bleeding was why he was selected. Anyhow, any of the bleeding wounds that would be stuck with the needles would not staunch the bleeding. Shi-Hyuk thought that this was common sense and it happened that this common sense was overturned.
In order to reverse the flow of the large intestine meridian, the man stuck the acupuncture needles in the Suohree, Gokji, Susamree, Pyunryuk, and Hapgok points.  The side was cut out of the Pyunryuk and Hapgok points. Despite the flesh not being there, if one were to follow Shi-Hyuk's hand pointing in disbelief, bone was now forming and the flesh grew.
A green light was shining and a miracle was born.
At the conclusion of it all, 5 needles were all planted in the wounded's arms.
“What?”
Shi-Hyuk opened his surprised mouth.
The wounded suddenly stood up.
Just now by doing that, a sickly and suffering person was not to be seen. His face held a healthy red glow and a robust body strength overflowed.
The man who had dragged Shi-Hyuk snarled next to him.
“Now you know what's what? Quickly work! No matter how new you are, you can do this level of treatment!"
Shi-Hyuk approached the next wounded person.
He stuck in the needle. Ignoring the theory of a salaried position with a combined total of 7 years of learning at any medicinal college, he casually stabbed it in. Then the cut-off arms and legs began to sprout, the crushed flesh was restored, and the black burnt skin was renewed.
At that point, some sort of power flowed into Shi-Hyuk's chest. Although it was pure warm power, if treatment was applied to a large injury, the energy was greatly consumed.  If treatment was applied to a small injury, less energy was consumed.
Seeing this incredible sight, Shi-Hyuk's mind just blanked.
‘So this is a dream.’
He had this kind of thought as a result.
Sticking a few needles in like this and causing a miraculous recovery is an impossible thing. Two groups fighting at the city wall were also like that.
The people armed with a sword and shield were enveloped in devil flames!
dream, that was also a seriously crazy dream.
Considering it was a silly dream, it was really quite beautiful and realistic. Although, certainly anyone would wonder how.
In reality too, bizarre monsters are appearing and attacking mankind, This person with ability  develops himself and emerges in the confrontation.  Already 5 years have passed since.   In comparison, this amount of realism is a kind of dream that does not amount to much.
Shi-Hyuk revived the wounded with an unburdened heart.
It was a situation where he could not endlessly rehabilitate others. one by one, any time he restored someone, the inherent strength in Shi-Hyuk's body was consumed. Thus after 10 people were treated, all of his strength dissipated and he became exhausted under this circumstance.
The man nodded his head.
“Since you are still a rookie, this extent is expected. This is good, follow me in everything I do! Gather the troops!”
The man lifted an enormous hammer.
A white light gushed forth and wrapped around all the healed individuals at once. The white light rested on top of the people's armor, engraving strange letters that gave off immense strength.
The man roared while holding the hammer.
“Let's go!”
They rushed to the upper levels of the castle wall in good spirits.  The devils, that were arriving to attack, began to fall over with a loud noise.
Seeing that it was like that, Shi-Hyuk watched to see if it was punishing.
After a short time, Shi-Hyuk had treated 50 of the wounded people. In reality, these successive feats were impossible miracles and he did not how much time had passed due to the pleasure that was revealed in this.
‘This is fun.’
It seemed just like playing a game.
In the computer game, should I become the main healer unit?
The needles were also infinitely supplied. Right now, in fact, he recognized even more strongly that this situation was not reality.
Shi-Hyuk merrily inserted a needle, inserted another needle, and inserted a needle again.
This is a dream.
Once he woke up, there was no guarantee that after some time, his searching would again find this miracle dream.
Before waking up at Dawn, he intended to enjoy this as much as possible.
There was simply no way that all the patients could receive treatment.
“Ahhhhhhh! Ughhhhh!”
A patient whose body was engulfed in flames arrived. The starting point was the left arm and where it connected to the body. The patient's face was was burnt and he was screaming.
He quickly inserted a needle.
However, the treatment did not work. It was as if oil had been thrown on. The flames became more serious and spread. In the blink of an eye, the entire body was engulfed.
The patient screamed painfully. He grasped his neck and was rolling on the ground when at that moment his breathing stopped.
The busy Shi-Hyuk's hand suddenly stopped.
“Oh dear……”
It is not able to treat everything?
He was not able to worry over this for long. Right at this moment, the wounded were coming in.
The tent quickly became full, entirely of the wounded.
To make it worse, Shi-Hyuk's inherent body strength fell.  Although there was a great amount, all things decline. Even though he grabbed his trembling hand that held the needle, there was not any support.  The wounded were quickly treated, but the injured and groans continued.
Finally, the line of defense was pushed back little by little.
The troops were not reinforced because the amount of troops killed by the demons were greater in number.
A wedge was inserted into half the body of the opposing camp as it was advantageous to the enemy.
A rain of fire fell.
In the black sky, it was as if countless flaming eulogys were falling. The defense gently put out the flames as the whole castle was burning.
The city wall crumbled and the tower was on fire, losing its purpose.
“Uahhhhhhhhh!”
“Save me!”
Getting up to this point, there is no difference if it is the end or not.
The devils broke through the walls. The infantry completely died and the devils surged inside like a wave.
Finally it was the end.
All of the people inside the castle were slaughtered.
Shi-Hyuk also not an exception.
A giant bloody dog bit his neck.
The bloody dog shook his head. Shi-Hyuk feeble throat was torn out at once.
An intense pain seemed to squash his body and enormous pain pierced Shi-Hyuk's soul.
He realized at the same time.
This pain......
The fact that such a strong pain would never occur in a simple dream.
It was no longer possible to dismiss this as a mere dream.
The truth was clear.
This is reality.
